W3Z has a number of documents available for download which you are free to print out and keep for your own reference or to send back to us as required.
These documents require Adobe Reader, a free utility which is available as part of our Essentials package or from www.adobe.com. If you have an older version (9 or less) we suggest that you upgrade to the latest version, our Essentials bundle will upgrade any outdated software that it finds.
